Beautiful, functional product. I am absolutely delighted with them. The only comment I’d make is that it would be nice to be able to include more characters in the personalisation but this is a minor point - the bottles, particularly the new series, are great.

I bought series 2 bottle for my son's birthday. He likes it but the main issue is that every time he is unscrewing the top the collar also gets unscrewed, bit annoying as he needs to screw to collar back on. The bottle itself is harder for him to handle as it's wider.Good point, drinking form the collar is much nicer than direct drinking from the metal tip ( considering the collar stays on the bottle after opening:) )

Bottles are great and I enjoy them a lot and will be buying them further.Coffee cup series 2 -> waste of money and a fail design. One can't open them properly, opening in the car while driving is mission impossible, even after long usage / hot beverages / and all the recommendations of the producer. Nothing helps and even if you manage to screw it opened good luck closing it back.Pity as I was hoping I would get the same quality.

A really lovely coffee cup, sits nicely in the hand, really pretty and I love that it’s customisable! My only point of feedback is that it’s a shame it’s still that half way point between a coffee cup and a thermos flask - the fact that you can’t close the drinking spout when it’s properly hot because there’s no where for the steam to escape is a shame and means you can’t take it on an adventure so easily. Hopefully something to be addressed in version 3!

Love my purchases - Just the series 2 lid is very hard to open...

It took 5 weeks to get it at home. But the bottle ia amazing!

I understand that your deliveries are delayed due to covid and Brexit (the UK not being the best chioce of location to feed the European markets though), but I received a message from your delivery company around 10 January that the bottles I had ordered in December were now finally on route. I have still not received them. I wrote to you on your customer service email a weeek ago and didn't receive an answer.

The bottle, or rather the insulated cup series 2, is excellent. Alas it has been made with such precision that a month on it is still impossible to turn the lid to drink from the hole rather than opening the whole cup. I wrote for support, which was promptly given with the assurance that usage would loosen the lid, but it has not.Hence only 3 stars.

Personal engraving was missing, it was for a Christmas present, what a pitty...
